Paolo is born in Milan (Italy) in 1969. Since he graduated in Industrial Design has always worked in product design, communication strategies and Internet.
During its occupation, Paolo Barichella has developed and consolidated experience in the food technology chain and its processes in combination with design, sensory and engineering.
Thanks to his studies and research in the field of food design, today he’s one of the most appreciate international opinion leader in this argument, called in various events and projects to give contribution and experience about design of the food.
